Your Ownership Includes:
1. Points-based Vacation Ownership Interest -- Use, Rent, Sell or
Will to your heirs.
2. Annual Usage begins in 2004 currently banked 4,219 club points.
3. Points-based Vacation Ownership -- As a member of the Club
Sunterra Vacations II you will receive 4,000 Resort Points each
year. These points can be used to design the vacation of your dreams.
4. Resort Points: Points-based Vacation Ownership Interests are
designed to offer the maximum flexibility and control over when and
where to take a vacation, the length of stay at a resort and the size
and type of the unit preferred.
Club Sunterra Vacations II Member Guidelines:
· Resort Points may be used within the Club
for resort accommodations or to secure a 7 night reservation through
Interval International at any of its affiliated resorts.
· As a Club Member, you will receive 4,000
Resort Points each and every year.
· You are issued 4,000 Resort Points every
January 1st and these points are good through Dec, 31st.
· Resort Points can be used within a 12-month
period, or you can bank the points and use them the following year for
a 2 week vacation.
Making Reservations:
· When placing a full reservation (7 nights)
the reservation can be made 13 months to 61 days prior to the first
night of the requested date.
· When placing a partial reservation (3
nights) the reservation can be made 60 days to 31 days prior to the
first night of the requested date.
· When placing a partial reservation (1 night)
the reservation can be made 30 days to 24 hours prior to the first
night of the requested date.
Reservations may be cancelled following certain procedures.
Club Waitlist: In the event that you request specific accommodations or
dates that are not available you will be notified as soon as a matching
accommodation becomes available.
Club Sunterra Vacations II Flexible Features:
Interval International:
· Travel to approximately 1,700 resorts in
more than 65 countries.
· External Exchange - Sunterra has a direct
line with Interval International making exchanges easy.
· 4000 points will convert to 1 RED/High
Season Week in a 1 BR when exchanging with Interval International.
· Interval International's Flexchange program
allows for reservations 59 days or sooner in any size unit during any
season for 4,000 Points, subject to availability.
Banking: All or a portion of your 4,000 points may be banked for the
next use year.
Borrowing: You may borrow up to 100% of next use year points to make
reservations for the present year's usage.
Transferring: You may transfer all of your points into another member's
account.
Rentals: You may rent additional points for individual reservations.
Purchasing: You may purchase additional points and permanently increase
the amount of Resort Points you receive yearly.
