Country Club is located approximately 30 miles northeast of
Charlottesville and 107 miles southwest of Washington, D.C. The focal
point of the resort is the
large manor house built in the style of Colonial Virginia. Surrounding
the
manor house are amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, tennis
courts,
a restaurant, an independently owned 18-hole golf course, a 60-acre
lake
for fishing, mini golf, and an equestrian center. Nestled in the
resort's wooded area are log-cabin accommodations and a 48-room lodge. A maximum of 3
weekly reservations may be made at any one time, of which
one may be a Red Week (weeks 21-41). As soon as a
reservation is used,
it may be replaced by another. Additionally, other
reservations
may be made up to 45 days in advance, subject to
availability.
In addition to reserved use of the facilities, owners and their
guests have daily access to the resort's amenities.. One
