mid-range property located on a rocky shoreline in the Keauhou area of
the Big Island. This complex has multiple 2 and 3 story buildings with
nicely manicured grounds and amenities that include 2 pools, children's
pool, 3 jacuzzi's, tennis courts, gym, BBQ's, playground, restaurant,
activities desk and free parking. The large and nicely furnished 1 and
2 bedroom units all have full kitchens, air conditioning (fee
required), microwave, color cable TV, VCR or DVD, stereo and
washer/dryer. Kona Coast Resort is a good value for travellers wanting
a lovely property with comfortable units on the Big Island. There is a
golf course nearby and shops and restaurants are all within driving
distance of the Kona Coast Resort. The property will be renovating the
Phase II units from September, 2005 lasting throughout 2006. The
upgrades will include replacing the carpet, repainting and putting in
new furniture.
