The club is a
multi-destination vacation club where membership is not for any
specific destination, size of unit or specific time in a given year.
The member has the choice of vacation location time and accommodations.
In most cases Resort Villa has specific fully equipped suites available
for club members located in the club member’s choice of vacation
location. The membership can also be shared with family and
friends.
The Club presently
operates an exclusive in-house External Reservation Program in
association with various Independent Corporations and brokers which
club members are entitled to use. External reservations are subject to
availability and other considerations, which may from time to time be
imposed by the corporation, including payment of a fee for each week
reserved (see below).
Reservations for
each week are on a first come, first serve basis and must be made
directly with the Club on the Club’s approved forms and according to
rights conferred under the Membership agreement.
The
Club has entered into relationship with various suppliers available to
Club Members upon referral and request such as resort, hotel, cruise
line and airline operators, in turn offering all club members a full
scale of vacation options.
